Out of Town Patients

If you’re not able to visit our clinic in person for a consultation, we offer an online consultation service. Simply send us some photos of your hair and scalp, and one of our hair transplant specialists will review your case and provide you with a personalized treatment plan. We can also arrange a virtual consultation with you over video conference to discuss your options and answer any questions you may have.

For individuals who are visiting from out of town, we provide a selection of hair transplant treatments such as FUE, FUT, and PRP therapy. Our staff will have a conversation with you about the available choices in order to identify which strategy will best meet your unique needs. During the procedure, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are as comfortable as possible, and our team of trained professionals will work carefully and diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes.

We are here to make sure your out-of-town experience is perfect. We’ll be pleased to help arrange for a private driver, assistants or child care to make your treatment easy and stress-free. We are on top of the details so you can relax.

As soon as you arrive at our clinic, we‘ll show you to a private space where your personal belongings can be kept and where you can relax. Some patients prefer to listen to their favourite music while they recline comfortably for their procedure or watch TV. This makes the time pass easily and before you know it, 5-6 hours have flown by.

We’ll remind you to be patient for long-term growth because it takes an average of 3-4 months before people see new hairs coming in. You’ll be welcome to call our office, send photos and chat with our hair restoration experts throughout the healing process. We’re on your side, and we’ll make you feel at ease knowing your results are just around the corner. You can expect to see thicker, growing hair within 8-9 months and final results at roughly one year.
