What You'll Be Doing

As a surgical team member at Nova Medical Hair Transplant, you will work alongside skilled professionals, including our Royal College–certified hair restoration surgeon, contributing directly to the success of each hair restoration procedure. Your role will be crucial in ensuring graft viability, surgical efficiency, and patient comfort.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing graft extraction and implantation during FUE hair transplant procedures
  • Dissecting and preparing follicular units under a microscope
  • Assisting the physician throughout the procedure with precision and care
  • Maintaining a sterile and organized surgical environment
  • Ensuring accurate graft placement and natural hairline design
  • Supporting pre-operative setup and post-operative care instructions

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled individual who thrives on precision, care, and attention to detail in a clinical setting.

The Right Candidate Is

  • Experienced with Follicular Unit Extraction (minimum 2 years required)
  • Highly precise, with excellent manual dexterity and focus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering a high standard of patient care

Experience That's a Strong Asset

  • Cosmetic surgery or dermatology
  • Microsurgery or graft handling
